Job Description

Boecker® is recruiting a Group Academy Coordinator for its in house training center in Beirut.

The Group Academy Coordinator assists with administrative key duties to ensure an effective running of the Academy department, to the highest possible standards.

Main tasks:

  1. Responsible for the logistic support of the Group Academy Manager such as travel booking, and support the team with the Academy events throughout the year
  2. Controls and organize Boecker® Academy documents and records
  3. Maintains updated database of the Academy training records
  4. Assists in creating e-learning courses as assigned by the e-learning department

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  2. 1-2 years of experience
  3. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  4. Excellent organization and presentation skills
