The execution of our commercial value-based care solutions allows clients to:

  • Identify target patients by therapeutic area within our vast payer and provider network
  • Outreach and engage those patients directly from their health plan with disease awareness information and a clear call to action. Outreach is conducted via multiple channels including text, email, mail and IVR and in multiple languages to ensure we are reaching all communities.
  • Engage the patients’ respective HCPs on the care gaps identified, and
  • Measure program performance with reporting on number of patients identified and outreached, outreach numbers by communication channel, types of patient action taken by patient, etc.

Job Description

Job Scope: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us expand our clientele. The BDM will be responsible for taking over a mix of existing client accounts and relationships, as well as identifying and developing new relationships with prospective clients to drive new business. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The ideal applicant for this role should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Location: Remote/Home-based; must be able to work and participate according to US Eastern Time Zone from 8am-6pm ET; 2pm – 12am in Lebanon

 

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Developing and updating customer target lists across company solution portfolio.
  • Discovers and explores business opportunities.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new and current marketing initiatives with goal of driving additional business based on client needs.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending virtual conferences, meetings, and industry events as needed to meet potential clients and drive business.
  • Assist management team in developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
  • Works with management team to close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
  • Demonstrated time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Experience.
  • Alignment and Adherence to USA Eastern Time Zone of Operations.
  • Reliable internet connection.

Minimal physical requirement. Mostly working on computer and phone.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce).
