Job Description

The Talent Development Specialist will participate, and in some cases lead, on the
activities under three categories: Talent Management, including workforce planning,
recruitment, career development, performance management and recognition; Employee
Engagement, which focuses on people satisfaction, employee relations, retention and
internal communication; and Human Capital Efficiency, which focuses on HR strategy, the
operating structure, HR technology, HR service delivery and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Excellent and effective communication skills: verbal, drafting, reporting and presenting
  • Willing to travel and work long and flexible hours, which may include nights, weekend and holidays
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a background in Human Resources or
  • administration preferred
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in Recruiting and
  • Talent Management.
  • A certificate in Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or a Certified
  • Human Resources Manager (CHRM) is an advantage
  • Strong Preference for experience gained in a hospitably or F&B environments
