Job Description

- Develop and implement communications campaigns and strategies and monitor their success;
- Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale;
- Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the organization's brand Write and deliver internal newsletter on a monthly basis;
- Represent the organization at events and press conferences;
- Build and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal & external clients to better develop, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals;
- Contribute ideas for new programs, researching and recommending innovative branding techniques;
- Research and understand key business challenges, customer behaviour, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impact programs within the business and assigned departments;
- Provide hands-on advertising support for assigned departments, paying close attention to timelines;
- Identify and present opportunities for consistency in messaging and customer experience across different channels;
- Develop an understanding of short- and long-term department goals and planned initiatives;
- Adjust and communicate plan changes as necessary to ensure costs for materials and media are in line with the sales potential for a specific product or campaign;
- Work with leadership to take the pulse of overall business activity to identify crossmarketing opportunities;
- Stay informed of developments in the field of marketing and communications within the industry to foster ideas and innovation;

Qualifications

-Minimum 15 years’ experience

-Bilingual (Arabic/English)
