As a Junior Human Resource coordinator/generalist you will facilitate all key HR functions which include current and future staff, matters related to employment, compensations, and benefits, ensuring all processes run smoothly.

Qualifications
Basic Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and/or Business Administration;
Preferred 2+ years of experience;
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods;
Understanding of employment laws and regulations;
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues;
Proficiency in the English language with the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
Demonstrated ability to establish cooperative working relationships built on trust;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive;
Bonus Points
Understanding of Social Media and marketing job requirements;
Knowledge in Asana Project Management software;
IT-savvy
