Job Description

  • Collaborates with key team members to generate new content or curate existing content for client's channels, including articles, photo galleries, videos, infographics, blogs, social media posts, animations, etc. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Telegram, etc.)
  • Manages any external content providers to ensure that the content is on brand and communicates clearly and strategically. 
  • Provides guidance and expertise on social media and communications best practices. Advises and counsels on innovative social content.
  • Regularly monitors and measures content performance. Makes recommendations to enhance content performance.
  • Stays current on social/digital storytelling best practices and emerging trends. Shares knowledge with team and other key team members.
  • Organizes and facilitates integrated social content planning sessions.
  • Troubleshoots any technical challenges that may arise. 

Qualifications

  • Min. 2 years of experience as a Social Media or similar role
  • Curiousity or experience in mindset and innovation trainings
  • Capacity for content research and creation (Image search, video phone editing). 
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing on platforms like WIX
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skill
