Our Client, a Residency through real estate investment company in Portugual is recruiting Freelance Sales Executives based in Lebanon:

- Find buyers of properties looking for residency by investment in Portugual;
- Demonstrate and Present properties to the customers;
- Maintain accurate records;
- Negotiate contracts;
- Aim to achieve targets.

- University degree;
- 3 years of Private/Corporate Banking, Wealth management, or Tax advise previous experience;
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable sales success;
- Proactive - Highly motivated and self-discipline;
- Must be able to demonstrate extensive existing customer portfolio;
- Excellent Communications in English and Arabic.

Commission based between 4% and 7% of the property value paid in Fresh US Dollars
Monthly allowances up to 700 Fresh US Dollars
