Fact Universal, a major service and support company headquartered in Halate -Lebanon, with clients across the world and mainly in New York, Dusseldorf and shanghai, is seeking on a full time basis an experienced Human Resource Manager with at least 10 years of experience in the corporate world, specifically in all aspects of recruiting, managing, local government policies and training platforms.

Candidate should be willing to work by American Calendar and Eastern Time zone. Physical presence is required in office during work hours.

 His tasks include daily communication with our New York clients.

-           Develops policy, directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, training, and employee services by performing the following duties;

-           Coordinates and facilitates the communication between different department; Web design, Application support, Customer Service, daily operation and Data Entry.

-          Work closely with our client in the USA to execute the plans needed to service their customers.

-          Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.

-          Tracks the attendance schedules and ensures the timing of all the steps in the operation process also creating and revising job descriptions.

-          Recruiting excellent staff, maintaining a smooth onboarding process, and setting up performance reviews.

Applicant qualifications:

-          5-10 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources and Management.

-          College degree is a must, proficient in English, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

-          Highly organized and detail-oriented, willing to adapt to changes.

-           Familiar with the Lebanese payroll system.

-          Willing to be familiar with most training procedures and to follow up on the implementation with the staff.

-          Willing to familiarize his/herself with the Fashion Accessory industry.
