We are looking to expand our team and have a new small office in Beirut, Lebanon where the creative department will take place while working for Dubai office. The team will be working for three companies under the group.

  1. Hypermedia. A Digital out of home media company
  2. RedPeg ME: An experiential marketing agency 
  3. DigitAll: A Digital technical consultancy

The three above companies provide a 360 degree media coverage in all UAE while expanding to KSA and other areas in the Middle East.

Job Description

What you’re all about:

You will be responsible to take part of developing and managing day-to-day social media activity of the group (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter), as well as playing an active role in client-facing work. This involves leading social/digital ideation during creative brainstorms, new business pitches, and organic growth opportunities. The balance of work is probably 70 - 80% Group support (WVentures, Hypermedia & RedPeg ME), and 20 - 30% client support.

What this job is about:

Main Responsibilities:

o   Developing and implementing a social content calendar for the group’s owned channels;

o   Monitoring, engaging with, and responding to fans across social channels;

o   Regularly tracking effectiveness of social content via biweekly KPI reports;

o   Overseeing the group’s websites, regularly updating content and managing Google Analytics;

o   Setting content goals (e.g., number of blogs/posts, shares, likes, etc.) and coordinate with the Content and Copywriter

o   Managing on-strategy, integrated content on behalf of clients;

o   Maintaining the established voice of the organization in all marketing and social media content;

o   Applying your strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to strategically synthesize the primary communication objective into compelling copy.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the party

Personal & Professional Requirements

o   Bachelor’s degree in a related field

o   Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in community management, content development, marketing, PR and/or advertising either from an agency or in-house.

o   Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines while also demonstrating strengths in creativity and strategy.

o   Strong people skills; ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues.

o   Go-getter with a can-do, proactive mindset who’s always looking for ways to improve our output as well as that of our clients’.

o   Basic skills in Photoshop (and the ability to create imagery for social) is a plus.

o   Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic

Additional Information

Working Schedule: Working days and hours will be the same as Dubai team.

o    Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 to 6:00 (Dubai Time-zone)

Contract Type: Service Agreement Contract - Renewable after 1 year

Depending on the business needs, you might be required to work a few extra hours and on holidays when needed
