    Job Description

    The creative 9 is looking for a junior communication manager with a previous experience in communication management. He/ She will direct and lead communication programs and tasks that effectively describe and promote the organization and the product. This role requires a knowledge of digital landscapes and a curious approach towards our clients to interpret their needs.

    Responsibilities: 

    ·         Understanding of communication strategies implemented and proposing new ones

    ·         Working on online campaigns and  preparing monthly digital marketing campaign reports

    ·         Assisting and servicing Clients day- to-day; Targeting their needs and requests

    ·         Developing our online presence and promoting our brand and presence on social media

    ·         Developing communication plans and briefs that will help target our goal

    ·         Boosting online posts and staying up-to-date

    ·         Helping coordinate client input/feedback and sharing them with the internal team

    ·         Setting daily and monthly goals while providing the proper material and communicating with the team

    ·         Responding to comments and analyzing web traffic

    ·         Manage our online content and figure out ways to collect and use our data more efficiently.

    Qualifications

    .         Degree in Marketing or any relevant field

    ·         Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

    ·         Competencies in MS Office and navigating through digital platforms

    ·         Deep- knowledge of communication practices and techniques.

    ·         Curiosity; willing to spend time digging deep into an issue or opportunity

    ·         Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

    ·         Strong attention to detail and focusses on task completion

    ·         Passionate about understanding the clients ’interests

    ·         Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
