Job Description

Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements. Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs. Reward system, 9 boxes concept, help with the processes & procedures.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Skilled multi-tasker, self-starter, and dependable a must
- Professional appearance is required
- Bachelor’s Degree is a must
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience implementing Human Resources practices and procedures
