Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
In meetings, you roll up your sleeves. You add to the ideas and build on them, helping to identify any obstacles including production logistics, client concerns or presentation theatre needs.
With creative teams and strategists, you’re a source of inspiration. You’re up on the brand’s business and what keeps them up at night so you can help plus in and add context to ideas.
With clients, you’re a partner. You’ve built a trusting relationship and you can engage them in productive discussions about the work one hour and laugh over a coffee the next.
With producers, you’re a facilitator. You’re learning their side of the process and are connecting the dots between deliverables, legal, etc.
With partner agencies, you’re a rock. You sweat the details and can track the minute logistics on all fronts, contributing to a more integrated and fluidly communicating team.
Weekly status reports, monthly content production budgets,
You’ll be our go-to for coordinating a project from start to finish, building strong client relationships, and acting as the agency expert on the business you’re working on. You’ll keep us all smart on your client’s industry and how their business operates so we can together create, sell and execute breakthrough work.
This position is Beirut based to support the Dubai office.
Qualifications
0-1 year experience of agency experience, preferably in an account role
Immense positivity and passion
Clear, articulate, enthusiastic presenter
Understanding of communications/marketing strategy
Proactive and hand raiser
Juggle multiple projects and workflows or various processes with efficiency
Skillful at managing up – when to seek help and raise a red flag
Detail oriented and supremely organized
