Job Description

I.                 Job Duties:                                                    

  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects of the organization
  • Develop and execute on cold calling and email campaign strategies to qualify potential customers as a match for our SaaS technology
  • Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
  • Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong demo pipeline for Sales Executives via phone and email communications
  • Qualify inbound opportunities and schedule meetings for the Sales Executives with the qualified ones
  • Meet weekly and monthly qualified meeting and opportunity goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met
  • Coordinate lead processing utilizing our CRM Zoho according to existing process
  • Assure database integrity by validating and correcting the data housed within our CRM at every practical opportunity
  • Capturing of accurate and complete information in our CRM System.
  • Actively mine for sales meetings within target accounts
  • Attending sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts, reporting on market situation.
  • Collating and consolidating report on monthly sales performance per sales personnel, per product, and per sector.

Qualifications

I.                 Skills and Specifications

  • Able to work in a self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English – French is a plus
  • Highly proficient level computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Gmail.
  • Good experience in CRM systems, like ZOHO
  • Excellent telephone sales personality skills.
  • SaaS selling experience is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Should be honest, assertive and systematic.
