• Monitor daily attendance and investigate staff absences
• Send absence/late attendance report to HR Officer
• Send Working hours report to leads weekly
• Send Annual leaves balance to leads monthly
• Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions
• Post job openings on the different platforms when vacancies are available
• Assist with new employees on-boarding (Email, Applications, Rules & Regulations…etc)
• Check Timesheet report on a daily basis
• Remind users weekly to fill their timesheet if still empty or ask for clarifications
• Coordinate with keeping the database updated
• Monitor clerical and administrative functions
• Coordinate the hiring process end-to-end
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Follow and update the HR polices, guidelines, mission and vision for the company
• Employee relations, connecting employees and senior managers
• Maintain a positive attitude through any difficult situation
• Send general company announcements
• Organize company activities
• Escalate employee complaints
• Update HR policies and ensure they are applied

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management is a must 
• Fresh Graduate
• Fast learner
• Emotionally Intelligent
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite and G-suite
• Literate in English
