Job Description

We’re looking for a well-rounded, highly presentable generalist executive assistant to work day-to-day, virtually, and mostly remotely – directly with the CEO, and closely with the rest of the management team, its partners, and advisors.

Qualifications

Some of the essential skills and tasks:

  • BS Degree.
  • English fluency.
  • Highly presentable.
  • Deep loyalty and trust.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other communications.
  • Act as office manager setting strict schedule adherence.
  • Manage CEO’s calendar, set up meetings, and take minutes.
  • Oversee staff performance on Slack, Monday.com and invoices.
  • On-going recruitment and management of staff contracts and issues.
  • Act as point of contact among executives, advisors, and management.
  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts, invoices, payments, and milestones.

Additional Information

Compensation

2,000,000 LBP per month, plus the chance for equity/stock bonus annually on performance.
