Job Description
We’re looking for a well-rounded, highly presentable generalist executive assistant to work day-to-day, virtually, and mostly remotely – directly with the CEO, and closely with the rest of the management team, its partners, and advisors.
Qualifications
Some of the essential skills and tasks:
- BS Degree.
- English fluency.
- Highly presentable.
- Deep loyalty and trust.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Familiarity with MS Office and other communications.
- Act as office manager setting strict schedule adherence.
- Manage CEO’s calendar, set up meetings, and take minutes.
- Oversee staff performance on Slack, Monday.com and invoices.
- On-going recruitment and management of staff contracts and issues.
- Act as point of contact among executives, advisors, and management.
- Monthly reconciliation of accounts, invoices, payments, and milestones.
Additional Information
Compensation
2,000,000 LBP per month, plus the chance for equity/stock bonus annually on performance.
