At Shabeb, our mission is to help businesses grow by mitigating delivery costs and growing coverage. Shabeb makes food and grocery delivery seamless, affordable and convenient. We're here to take away the stress of making sure deliveries arrive both on time and in good condition. 

After successfully launching Beirut & Saida, we are exploring the potential of growing our coverage to Tripoli!

This is why we are looking for an Business Development Associate who is ready to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.

• Onboard new businesses and create proposals.

• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting merchant relationships based on trust and respect.

• Grow our coverage area and lines of services.

Requirements

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

• Tech savvy; able to learn and use new software

• Fluent in both Arabic and English
