Job Description

The role of Assistant Sales Engineer is a remote role to support the Area Development Manager with client enquiries, technical selection for various clients as well as documentation and follow up on the sales process. The role involves communicating professionally with clients and supporting the sales process from beginning to end: analyzing tenders and RFQ, selecting the right material, issuing quotations, sending offers to the client within the deadlines establishing sales pipeline reports and communicating with the head office regarding readiness and logistics. 

Qualifications

  1. Has high work ethics, is capable of managing themselves independently. Knows how to manage timeline, is capable of organizing tens of projects/clients and is capable of coordinating everything in a weekly/monthly report. 
  2. Speaks and writes English and French (proficiency in both languages is a must). Spanish is a plus 
  3. Has a background in Engineering or has prior experience in managing technical products in HVAC or similar industry
  4. Has strong business writing skills
  5. Software knowledge: Autocade, Excel

The candidate needs to have uninterrupted access to internet and basic infrastructure: electricity, dedicated office space, etc.
