Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant/Accounting Assistant to support Freeman Stanley, a fast-growing, public accounting firm located in downtown Dearborn. Work in a fast-paced department that is looking for an individual who takes pride in quality work. You can be an integral part of our growing team by demonstrating your ability to field numerous requests under deadline and still uphold high standards when producing your work. Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple projects with accuracy

* Format engagement letters and creating new client engagement accounts

* Format PowerPoint presentations as needed

* Monthly client billing

* Monitor social media accounts; upload articles into social media.

* Update Contacts list in as needed

* Apply for business licenses.

* Assist with special projects and miscellaneous tasks that arise within the department Q

* Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

* Social Perceptiveness - Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.

* Computer Skills - Ability to operate spreadsheet, word processing and email programs.

* Confidentiality - Ability to keep client and employee information confidential and to not participate in office gossip.

* Willingness to be helpful and work overtime as needed
