Job Description
· Preparing, drafting and editing correspondences, communications, presentations and various other documents.
· Filing & retrieving documents.
· Managing, organizing, updating relevant data using database applications.
· Assisting in recording & preparing minutes of meetings.
· Managing & maintaining schedules, appointments for the GM.
· Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
· Planning & arranging travels for the GM.
· Assigning tasks to related departments following the GM instructions.
· Monitoring, screening and distributing incoming communications / calls.
· Welcoming guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
· Maintaining office supplies inventory.
· Maintaining confidentiality and protecting operations by keeping all information confidential.
Qualifications
Good knowledge of written and spoken English and French
