Job Description
Accounting & Administration Officer needed for a leading company Beirut region.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage transfers to clients and reconcile payments received
- Making basic forecasts of operations expenses and managing this budget
- Keeping our accounting notes and administrative operations manual up to date.
- Follow up on all payment matters, resolving issues as they arise with our banking partners, both domestically and internationally.
- Manage the company’s office, including our digital filing system
- Other administrative tasks as they arise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience in the accounting and banking field.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Ms. Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Well organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Team player.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.
- French is an asset.
