Job Description

  • To support the Head of Business Development and the sales team to deliver specific KPI’s & targets within the chosen region.
  •  Working as part of a close-knit team, you will help raise ICITechnology profile by underpinning market-facing activity whilst supporting internal business development activities.
  •  To be responsible for developing existing client relationships, qualifying and pursuing new client opportunitiesand building the ICITechnology brand in accordance with our values and mission statement.

  • Minimum of 4 years of Sales Experience
  • Only Resumes with IT and Cyber Security sales experience will be accepted

Additional Information

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development Managers to deliver and exceed sales targets
  • Support the Business Development Managers in general business development activity where necessary, preparing for events, meetings campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and engage sales when appropriate.
  • Be accountable for all invoices/payments prior to events 
  • Update and maintain Salesforce/ CRM
  • Arranging on-site visits/telephone calls for sales staff when required 
  • Maintain and build upon relationships with the local market place, researching networking events in the area suitable for Business Development Managers to attend.
  • Assist with general administration and ad hoc tasks supporting the sales team.
  • Assist with the events cycle including targeting customers through calls and social media to attend events and follow up one to one post events
  • Undertake follow-up to networking and marketing activity to set up and facilitate appropriate meetings with existing and potential clients, active targets
  • Attend meetings with internal development groups as and when required 
  • Potential to attend ICITechnology and or trade events as required by the Head of Business Development
