Job Description
- Drive sales growth by expanding the portfolio of customers, products and markets
- Achieve sales quotas and increase year on year revenue
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to create, negotiate and close proposals
- Nurture existing members relationship through periodic follow up, visits and engagement in activities and activations
- Understand client needs and make recommendations for new solutions that meet identified client needs
- Work closely with members of other Commercial sales teams to ensure that customer relationships are fully leveraged
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in sales
- Self-motivated and willing to continuously improve
- Personable and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in Arabic, French and English (written and verbal)
- Excellent conversation and presentation skills, with an ability to quickly establish rapport and effectively react in dynamic, customer-facing situations
- Ability to work on complex contract negotiations and proposal development
- Good computer and research skills
