Job Description

  • Drive sales growth by expanding the portfolio of customers, products and markets
  • Achieve sales quotas and increase year on year revenue
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to create, negotiate and close proposals
  • Nurture existing members relationship through periodic follow up, visits and engagement in activities and activations
  • Understand client needs and make recommendations for new solutions that meet identified client needs
  • Work closely with members of other Commercial sales teams to ensure that customer relationships are fully leveraged

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in sales
  • Self-motivated and willing to continuously improve
  • Personable and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in Arabic, French and English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent conversation and presentation skills, with an ability to quickly establish rapport and effectively react in dynamic, customer-facing situations
  • Ability to work on complex contract negotiations and proposal development
  • Good computer and research skills
