The whole process is done online and from the comfort of the customer’s home without the hassle of waiting rooms. Customers order and complete an at-home impression kit, send it back to us, and we deliver custom invisible aligners right to them. We are cutting down the costs of getting orthodontic treatment by up to 65% and giving our customers a beautiful smile in an average of 6 months. Our board-certified orthodontists oversee the entire treatment process, from designing to manufacturing, so our customers are always in good hands.

·      Write weekly blogs, newsletters, video scripts, social media content, and press releases

·      Prepare and schedule well-structured drafts of using digital publishing platforms (e.g. Hootsuite)

·      Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products

·      Campaign ideation and implementation for social media

·      Act as the voice of Basma in all communication materials

·      Edit and proofread written pieces before publication

·      Translate content from Arabic to English when needed

·      Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content

·      Create content for social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)

·      Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics for communication

·      Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

·      Update our website content as needed

·      2+ of proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copy Writer, or similar role

·      BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field

·      Examples of published articles or content

·      Excellent writing and editing skills in English

·      Very good understanding of Arabic

·      An ability to fact-check content pieces

·      You know how to effectively manage your tasks and time

·      You are very organized, detail-oriented, and double check your work

·      You have proven work ethic

·      Familiarity with SEO and SEM (Adwords)
