Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally to leverage data and analytics to drive our go-to-market strategies and campaigns. You will be responsible for working with the marketing team to improve our brand presence and how we engage with prospects and customers across all digital channels including search engine marketing (SEM), programmatic advertising, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social networks, content syndication networks, and website personalization. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven marketer, collaborative, curious by nature and focused on driving results that will ensure the department delivers on its KPI metrics. 

Responsibilities of Digital Marketing Specialist

- Pull, analyze, and report marketing and business data to identify trends and patterns that reveal customer behavior and habits

- Act as a subject matter expert across all digital platforms and marketing channels, including the interplay between these channels

- Drive paid digital marketing campaign development and implementation in support of lead generation, acquisition, and awareness goals

- Optimize ad copy and ad content

- Work with SEO counterparts to drive cross-channel initiatives through keyword research, test execution, and competitor analysis

- Plan and monitor integrated digital marketing strategies and tactics across multiple channels including social media, mobile, email marketing, search, display, and video

- Set, monitor and analyze KPIs using native and third-party reporting platforms to determine digital campaign performance and optimizations

Qualifications

- Prior experience in SEM, SEO, PPC, Research, and email marketing preferred

- Bachelor's Degree required

- Strong presentation and proactive sales skills

- Ability to create easy-to-read reports relaying complex data sets

- Expert in time-management and prioritization of responsibilities

- Comfortable with data, analytical mindset

- Critical thinker and problem-solver

- Excel master

- Self-starter

- Exceptional attention to detail
