The Workshop Manager position is critical to the success of aligning the administrative strategies along with the technical activities with the mission, vision and values of the company. The Workshop Manager should handle the development and growth of the workshop and will also be responsible for maintaining high quality service and customer satisfaction and retention. 

The Workshop Manager should also liaise with the Garage D.G.M., the Sales, MarCom, Finance, Information Technology, Office Management, Legal and Human Resources departments heads assuring a professional work environment and compliance with the departmental rules, regulations and operational procedures.

Technical Degree plus 8 years’ relevant experience.

o Minimum of 3 years of progressive management experience in the automotive industry and specifically in running a car workshop.

o Data-driven decision mentality, deep analytical thinking and wide technical expertise in the body shop repair and mechanical and electro-mechanical repair activities.

o Balanced combination of strong leadership and conflict resolution skills, dedication to effective supervisory and control, and proven talents in critical thinking.

o Computer literate, eager to learn and work on new operating software and systems and automated workflows.

o Familiar and at least moderate level in using Microsoft Office components and precisely MS word and Excel.
