Claritas Rx is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support patients and healthcare partners with inquiries, information requests, and general assistance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to handle information accurately and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful information.

• Assist patients and healthcare partners with questions and requests.

• Update customer records and maintain accurate information.

• Help resolve basic issues and direct complex concerns to the appropriate department.

• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

• Work with team members to ensure quality customer support.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
