Pronti SARL is a registered company specializing in imported Italian coffee, serving customers in Lebanon through online sales and a dedicated sales team.

Pronti is looking for a motivated and organized Operations Officer to support its daily business activities and ensure smooth coordination between its online sales operations, sales team, and other business functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficient business processes.
• Support the management of orders, deliveries, and inventory.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock availability and assist with inventory tracking and replenishment.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers, delivery partners, and other relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to workflows and processes.
• Provide administrative support and assist management with day-to-day operational needs.

• Previous experience in operations, administration, logistics, or a related role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders, records, and inventory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with digital tools.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently.
• Fluency in Arabic and good working proficiency in English.
