Job Description
Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects to ensure safety, compliance, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver designs meeting codes and standards
- Manage budgets and control project costs
- Ensure timely permitting and construction milestones
- Oversee quality, safety, and risk compliance
- Coordinate stakeholders to resolve engineering issues
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent license
- 3+ years of civil engineering project experience
- Proficiency with structural, geotechnical, or site design
- Experience with local building codes and permitting
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Structural analysis and design
- Geotechnical and hydrology basics
- Project scheduling (Primavera/MS Project)
- Engineering documentation and QA/QC
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making
- Clear communication with stakeholders
- Leadership and team collaboration
- Detail-oriented and safety-minded
- Client and contractor relationship management
