We’re looking for a Product Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered web and mobile experiences. You’ll translate customer needs and business goals into clear interfaces, prototypes, and scalable design systems—partnering closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ship iteratively.

Job Purpose

Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process for digital products by creating user flows, high-fidelity designs, clickable prototypes, and evolving design systems that improve usability, accessibility, and product success.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Figma
• Strong prototyping skills (InVision/ProtoPie or equivalent)
• Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys) and applying findings
• Expertise in wireframing and information architecture
• Experience building and maintaining design systems (tokens/components)
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Demonstrated ability to run usability tests and iterate
• Analytical problem-solving and user-centered thinking
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams
