Create and evolve software systems and engineering solutions that meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirements while reducing production incidents and enabling rapid, high-quality delivery through testing and automation.

• Programming (Java/Python/C#/JavaScript)
• System design for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• APIs and microservices
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Testing (unit/integration)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Bug fixing and production incident reduction

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript)
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Experience building and consuming APIs and/or microservices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong testing skills (unit and integration testing)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/release practices
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes
• Detail-oriented approach to quality and maintainability
• Capability to write clear documentation and engineering tests
