We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Resort Beach Operation professional to join our beachfront resort in Goa Velha, India. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our beach operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety, service, and environmental stewardship. You will be the driving force behind creating memorable beach experiences for our guests while leading a dedicated team with professionalism, enthusiasm, and collaborative spirit.

• Manage and coordinate all beach-related activities, including water sports, beach equipment rentals, recreational programs, and special events
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, maximize revenue, and achieve organizational goals
• Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of beach staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high performance standards
• Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and local tourism regulations specific to Goa Velha and India
• Oversee inventory management, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships for beach supplies and recreational equipment
• Collaborate with other departments including housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to create seamless and inclusive guest experiences
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective solutions for beach operations
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and transparently
• Develop, maintain, and regularly update emergency response and risk management plans for beach-related incidents
• Monitor weather patterns and seasonal variations to optimize operations and ensure guest safety year-round
• Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and innovative beach programs to keep our resort competitive and environmentally responsible
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to maintain a culture of safety and operational excellence

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Resort Management, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in resort or hotel management, with specific hands-on experience in beach operations management
• Proven leadership skills with the demonstrated ability to motivate, develop, and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
