Job Description

The successful applicant will work full time as part of a busy skilled admin team. Providing a wide range of clerical support, typing and management.

Applicants must be enthusiastic, confident and adaptable individuals with good written and verbal communication skills, and a typing training qualification. Excellent telephone manner, administration experience, accurate keyboard and typing skills essential. Good health and self-motivation are paramount as is the need for maturity, intelligence. Full training will be given to the successful applicant.

Main Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Answering emails and responding to customer enquiries
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Preparing invoices
  • Organising paperwork and filing
  • General administrative duties
  • Providing support to the wider office team as required

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional
  • Hard-working with a positive attitude
  • Confident answering the telephone and communicating with customers
  • Comfortable using computers and general office software
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Previous administration experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate
