Call Centre Agents Needed

Are you a passionate, outgoing and hard-working individual looking for flexible work that can provide high earning levels? Due to continuous company expansion, A fantastic opportunity is available for a Call centre agent to join the company.

Experience in home improvement sector preferred but not essential as full training given , you must be confident and have an upbeat and enthusiastic personality.

Call Centre Agent your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Making outbound calls
  • Processing customers applications and converting to appointments/leads
  • Building rapport with customers
  • Updating the CRM system
  • WARM CALLING ONLY

In addition, the following key skills are essential:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident and ambitious

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills

- reliable, enthusiastic and result driven.
- Problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment or individually
- Proficiency in punctuality
