We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive to lead our revenue growth in Saudi Arabia. Job Description
What You'll Do:
Own the full sales cycle: prospect → qualify → demo → close
Target Saudi recruitment agencies (5+ recruiters) and corporates (50+ employees or 10+ roles open)
Deliver tailored demos that showcase ROI and AI-driven hiring acceleration
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff and happy clients
Provide market feedback to influence product development and positioning
Maintain clean CRM records and report on KPIs (conversion, win rate, ARR)
Qualifications
3+ years in B2B SaaS or HR tech sales
Strong knowledge of the local hiring landscape
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Confident, consultative, and relentlessly resourceful
