Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to collect, process, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. The Data Analyst will ensure data accuracy, streamline reporting processes, and identify cost-saving opportunities to enhance overall organizational efficiency and profitability.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collect, process, and clean large datasets from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
  • Deliver at least 5 actionable reports per month to key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
  • Automate at least 2 manual reporting processes per quarter using SQL, Python, or R to improve efficiency
  • Optimize and tune SQL queries to reduce query response time by 20%
  • Monitor and improve data accuracy by 15% quarterly through rigorous data cleaning and validation processes
  • Identify and present at least 3 cost-saving opportunities annually based on data-driven analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements
  • Maintain and improve ETL processes to ensure seamless data flow and integration
