Procurement Manager (MEP & Fitout Construction)

Position: Procurement Manager – MEP & Fitout Construction
Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years
Nationality Preference: Lebanese
Industry: Construction / Interior Fitout / MEP
Location: Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for MEP and Fitout construction projects.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services within project budgets.
• Develop strong vendor relationships and maintain supplier performance standards.
• Coordinate with project, estimation, and engineering teams for procurement planning.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and contract documentation.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and material availability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement within MEP & Fitout construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
• Lebanese nationality preferred.

• Commercial awareness and cost-control expertise.
