Introducing ReStart – Women in Tech Accelerator.

ReStart is an 8-week, application-based return-to-work accelerator designed for early to mid-level women in tech who are re-entering the workforce after a career break.

The program is designed and delivered by Saira in strategic collaboration with AnitaB.org India, bringing together applied AI capability-building, leadership reactivation, mentorship, and curated industry exposure.

This is not a beginner program. It is a structured pathway for professionals with prior experience who are ready to return with relevance, visibility, and confidence.
