We are hiring a Recruiter / Talent Specialist for our reputable company in Beirut, area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process across different platforms
• Design onboarding, off boarding, L&D programs and trainings
• Manage talent pipelines, support employer branding
• Forecast hiring needs with leadership & shape candidate profiles
• Support performance management and employee retention
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
• 3+ Years of Experience in recruitment or talent development
• Experience in designing onboarding, training & performance system
• Bachelor degree in HR, Business, Recruitment
• SHRM-CP, PHR, LinkedIn Recruiter certifications are a PLUS
• Age between 27 – 35
Additional Information
We are offering:
• Working Days Monday till Friday
• Salary around $1,000 – 1,200
• NSSF + Medical Insurance
