We are hiring a Production Manager for our furniture manufacturing industry in Congo, Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
• Quality control & continuous reduction of defects, rework & waste
• Production planning, cost control & deadline management
• Collaborate with technical, sales & installation teams
• Supervise, train and mentor production staff
• Follow-up of KPIs & performance indicator
• Monitor production progress and quality
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in a furniture manufacturing and wood knowledge
• Strong problem solving, management and leadership skills
• Age between 30 - 55
• FRENCH is a MUST
