Job Description

CARMA is seeking an Account Support Executive to join our team in Beirut. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain our SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) accounts, ensuring smooth subscription processes, accurate record-keeping, and efficient management of content-related tasks.

Working Days and Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain a database of all SME accounts.
  • Provide support to SMEs during the activation process, addressing inquiries and offering guidance.
  • Ensure that all SME account details are up-to-date and accurate
  • Facilitate the subscription process for new clients.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all new subscription requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all subscriptions are properly recorded and activated.
  • Maintain and organize accurate files for each subscription, ensuring proper documentation is stored and accessible.
  • Manage the master file of all active subscriptions, ensuring it is regularly updated and error-free.
  • Ensure that subscription data is backed up and safeguarded against data loss

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • University students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, preferably with a background in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Management, Communications, or any related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, data entry, or account coordination.
    (Previous internship experience is a plus but not required.)
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic. Both written and verbal.
  • Ability to join immediately.
