HR Service Center Representative
This is a contract to hire, fully remote opportunity. 

About this Position
We’re seeking a Customer Service Specialist interested in HR to support leave of absence, disability, and unemployment inquiries. This role is 100% remote, handling a high volume of daily calls while providing professional, accurate, and empathetic assistance. Ideal for candidates with prior HR experience or those eager to transition into HR-focused work.

Job Responsibilities
• Answer 20–30 inbound calls per day related to leave, disability, and unemployment.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to employee inquiries.
• Document and track case information with attention to detail.
• Multitask between systems while maintaining high-quality customer service.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and compliant support.

Job Skills/Requirements
• Strong customer service skills with ability to handle high call volume.
• Prior HR experience preferred; interest in HR career path required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace for remote work.

Additional Information
• Schedule: 12pm-8pm ES

Pay Range
• $20/hour
