We are seeking a skilled and experienced Group HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between management and employees, ensuring HR operations run smoothly, effectively, and in alignment with our company’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with corporate goals and support business growth.
•    Lead and coordinate talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning across all subsidiaries or divisions.
•    Standardize performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement programs across the group to ensure consistency and fairness.
•    Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in all operating locations.
•    Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR matters, including organizational development, change management, and employee relations.
•    Facilitate leadership development, succession planning, and employee training programs at the group level.
•    Support the team and drive performance improvement through targeted success plans.
•    Manage and mentor HR teams in various subsidiaries to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Technical skills:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
•    At least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role within a multi-business or multi-location environment.
•    Proven track record of managing HR functions across multiple business units or countries.
•    Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices in relevant jurisdictions.
•    Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
•    Experience in managing complex change management and organizational development initiatives.
•    Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CIPD) is highly desirable.
•    Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and talent management platforms.
