Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Lead Generation
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to identify and engage potential clients
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and platforms like ZoomInfo to research prospects and build targeted contact lists
- Craft personalized messaging that resonates with decision-makers in various industries
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive prospecting
Lead Management & Conversion
- Follow up on assigned warm and inbound leads with persistence and professionalism
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demonstrations for the sales team
- Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline criteria
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system
Sales Support
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop strategies for closing deals
- Participate in sales calls to understand client needs and present relevant solutions
- Assist in preparing proposals and sales materials
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or sales development
- Demonstrated success in B2B outreach and appointment setting
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a metrics-driven environment
- Experience selling software or technology solutions preferred
Technical Proficiency
- Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with sales intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar)
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly master new software tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Comfortable with video conferencing and digital communication tools
Communication Excellence
- Extremely fluent in English (written and verbal) - this is non-negotiable
- French fluency is a significant advantage and will be prioritized in our selection process
- Exceptional phone presence with clear articulation and active listening skills
- Strong business writing skills for email outreach and follow-ups
