We are seeking a female operations leader to join as Co-Founder/COO for a new female-focused Pilates studio in the heart of Riyadh. This role is designed for a dynamic professional with proven Pilates expertise and strong operational skills, eager to build something from the ground up.

About the Role:
As Co-Founder/COO, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations, client experience, and community growth of the studio. Working closely with the founder, you will bring the vision to life and help establish the studio as a premium destination for women in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations (scheduling, client services, policies, financial oversight).
• Recruit, train, and manage Pilates instructors and support staff.
• Deliver or supervise Pilates classes to ensure consistent quality.
• Lead marketing initiatives: community engagement, partnerships, events, and client acquisition.
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience and strong retention rates.
• Collaborate with the founder on strategy, growth plans, and new service offerings.
• Build the studio’s brand reputation as a leading women’s wellness destination in Riyadh.

What We’re Looking For:
• Female candidate, preferably a Saudi national or long-term resident in Riyadh.
• Certified Pilates instructor with proven teaching and/or management experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to run operations independently.
• Track record in fitness / wellness management (Pilates studio or boutique fitness strongly preferred).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, hands-on, and committed to growth.
