Overview

Neura is building a high-caliber advisory function to help clients solve complex, multidimensional challenges across digital transformation, human capital advisory, business process re-engineering and change management. As an Associate, you will drive proposal development, craft executive-ready storylines and presentations, and deliver engagement workstreams end-to-end. This role demands excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional slide-writing/storylining skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Client Delivery & Advisory

  • Lead or co-lead workstreams spanning digital transformation, human capital advisory, business process re-engineering, and change management

  • Structure hypotheses, design analyses, synthesize insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Facilitate client interviews, workshops, ideation sessions and steering sessions; capture decisions and drive follow-through on actions

  • Build executive-ready deliverables (operating models, roadmaps, business cases, KPIs) and present them to senior stakeholders

 

Storylining & Slide Writing

  • Own the narrative arc for executive presentations—define the “so-what,” sequence the logic, and ensure a crisp storyline

  • Create high-impact slides in PowerPoint with strong visual hierarchy, clean charts, and persuasive messaging tailored to C-suite audiences

  • Elevate team deliverables by editing, proofreading, and enforcing Neura’s quality bar and brand standards

 

Proposal Development & Business Development (Pursuits)

  • Lead or support end-to-end proposal responses (RFI/RFP), including win themes, value propositions, approach, workplan, team bios, and case studies

  • Collaborate with Founders and the Advisory Lead to shape pursuit strategies, write compelling proposal narratives, and assemble compliant, on-time submissions

  • Maintain pursuit libraries (credentials, reusable content, boilerplates) and track pipeline metrics

 

4) Advisory Function Build-Out (Practice Development)

  • Codify methods, templates, and toolkits for Neura’s advisory offerings (e.g., BPR playbooks, change plans, PMO dashboards)

  • Contribute to thought leadership (points of view, short articles, webinars/podcasts) to strengthen Neura’s market presence

  • Mentor Analysts/Consultants; model consulting best practices in problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management

 

Project Management & Quality Assurance

  • Create and manage detailed plans, risks/issues logs, RAID items, and status reporting; drive accountability across internal/external teams

  • Ensure deliverable quality, version control, and timely approvals; proactively remove blockers and escalate thoughtfully

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience of 4–5 years in management consulting at a tier-1 or tier-2 firm with demonstrable delivery

  • Hands-on experience in strategy, human capital advisory, and change management (design and implementation)

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication in Arabic and English; proven mastery of storylining and slide writing for executive audiences

  • Strong quantitative/qualitative analysis

  • Confidence facilitating workshops, leading interviews, and presenting complex findings clearly and succinctly

  • A demonstrated passion for and deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its impact on business is a plus

  • Experience on projects related to technology strategy and AI-driven transformation is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution. Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus
