Job Description
Role Objective
Drive Nowair’s GTM strategy from testing to traction. Run fast experiments, validate which messages and channels convert, build youth community momentum, and prepare to scale the winners across Kuwait and the GCC. This role begins as hands-on and execution-heavy, then evolves into leading scalable marketing growth as Nowair expands post-pilot.
Scope of the Role This is a hybrid role: roughly 60% hands-on execution and 40% coordination.
You’ll execute:
● Organic social, influencer, and ambassador programs
● School partnerships and youth activations
● Light paid and organic growth experiments
● Weekly data tracking, testing, and insights reporting
You’ll coordinate:
● With Yoko (digital agency) on paid media and campaign analysis
● With the designer on creative, content, and visuals
● With Product and Clinical teams on user insights and messaging
● With GTM research (Lulu & Sahar) to translate user interviews, ad results, and analytics into actionable marketing experiments You’ll collaborate daily with Yoko, the designer, Product, and GTM to ship experiments fast and double down on what works.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Experiments
● Launch small-scale A/B tests to validate audience segments (age, gender, pain points).
● Test 3–5 channels (schools, influencers, social, partnerships) and scale top performers.
● Rapidly iterate messaging and creatives based on performance and feedback.
● Maintain the experiment tracker with GTM and Research, ensuring all tests have clear hypotheses, results, and next steps.
Channel Execution
● Manage ambassador and influencer activations that drive youth engagement.
● Run school outreach and community events to generate organic buzz.
● Coordinate paid media tests with Yoko and request new variants based on insights.
Content & Localization
● Write or adapt content in Arabic and English that feels authentic and youth-driven.
● Brief the designer to create visuals aligned with Nowair’s identity and tone
Analytics & Insights
● Track key growth metrics: CTR, conversion, CAC, retention intent.
● Deliver a concise weekly one-pager summarizing “what worked / what’s next.”
● Use analytics to identify which growth channels and messages are ready to scale
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in digital/growth marketing (startup or youth focus preferred)
- Hands-on executor with experience managing agencies or freelancers
- Bilingual (Arabic + English)
- Deep understanding of GCC youth culture, social platforms, and content trends
- Proficient in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools (GA, Looker, or similar)
- Data-savvy and creative — able to translate insights into quick, testable ideas
