We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electric Technician to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Electric Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in various industrial and commercial settings.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, control systems, and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems using testing equipment and analytical skills
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system modifications
• Respond to emergency calls and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner
• Stay updated on the latest electrical technologies and industry best practices

• Associate's degree in Electrical Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Electric Technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience using various electrical testing equipment and tools
• Thorough understanding of safety protocols and electrical regulations
• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and standards in Qatar
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work efficiently and organize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls when needed
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions
