Programs & Partnerships Manager
- Contract
- Company: Nucleus Ventures
Company Description
Nucleus Ventures (NV) is a boutique innovation and venture-building organization with a strong track record in entrepreneurship programs, corporate innovation, and advisory services. Based in Beirut and active across France, the UK, and Cyprus, NV designs and runs incubation, acceleration, and capacity-building programs for startups, corporates, and development partners.
Working through a network of subject matter experts, entrepreneurs, and international partners, NV helps organizations and ecosystems grow by connecting innovation, purpose, and impact — all under the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) framework.
Job Description
Role Overview
The Programs & Partnerships Manager will lead and expand NV’s programs and venture-building activities, managing the design and delivery of incubation, acceleration, and capacity-building initiatives. This role combines hands-on program management, donor relations, and strategic partnership development — ideal for someone who thrives in a small, entrepreneurial team with a big regional mission.
Rather than joining a large organization, this person will help shape and grow NV’s Programs and Venture Building division, while growing professionally alongside it.
Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage NV’s incubation, acceleration, and capacity-building programs.
- Develop program frameworks, budgets, KPIs, and reporting tools.
- Ensure programs meet performance targets, impact objectives, and donor compliance standards.
- Supervise coordinators, mentors, and trainers to ensure quality and consistency.
- Produce progress and impact reports, case studies, and communication materials showcasing results.
- 2. Donor Relations & Reporting
- Manage relationships with donors, development agencies, and institutional partners.
- Prepare professional narrative and financial reports in line with donor guidelines.
- Support proposal audits, monitoring, and evaluation processes.
- Represent NV in donor and partner meetings with professionalism and strategic insight.
- 3. Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, grants, and RFPs aligned with NV’s mission.
- Co-lead concept notes and proposal writing with the CEO.
- Build partnerships with corporates, investors, universities, and NGOs to co-create programs.
- Represent NV at ecosystem events and conferences to strengthen visibility and network reach.
- Maintain a forward-looking pipeline of collaborations that fuel NV’s growth.
- 4. Venture Building Leadership
- Contribute to developing NV’s Venture Building division and startup support methodology.
- Work with mentors and experts to design impactful startup journeys and mentorship frameworks.
- Implement monitoring tools and KPIs to track startup and program outcomes.
- Strengthen NV’s position as a credible regional actor in entrepreneurship and innovation.
- 5. Team Coordination & Internal Systems
- Coordinate with the CEO and team on priorities, program timelines, and resource planning.
- Implement efficient workflows, documentation processes, and impact tracking systems.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members as NV grows.
- Foster a collaborative, purpose-driven, and impact-oriented work culture.
What This Role Offers
- The opportunity to build and grow NV’s Programs and Venture Building division.
- Exposure to regional innovation ecosystems and collaboration with international donors and partners.
- A chance to make a tangible impact by shaping entrepreneurship and innovation programs across the MENA region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in program management, entrepreneurship ecosystems, or donor-funded projects.
- Strong understanding of startup incubation, acceleration, and innovation ecosystems.
- Proven experience in proposal writing, donor reporting, and partnership development.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable in a lean, fast-paced environment.
