We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quick Service Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our client’s fast-paced restaurant in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will lead by example, ensuring top-tier service quality, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and overseeing the F&B team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant and bar.

• Maintaining a high level of guest service and guest satisfaction

• Ensuring all guests needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor.

• Training, coaching, and motivating team members to reach their potential

• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and brand standards.

• Reporting operational issues and improvement suggestions to F&B management

• Reviewing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.

• Resolving guest requests and handling any complaints.

• Actively contributing to a positive and energetic work environment

          Filipino national currently based in Riyadh (transferable Iqama)

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or casual dining environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on approach with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction

Essential ingredients:

• Preferably experience in a similar supervisory role in a large hotel with the ability to lead and motivate a team;

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays with focus on the evenings.

• Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
