Job Description

  • Own strategy and annual business plans for the region with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth.
  • Manage CSA processes such as call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
  • Assist CSAs with customer calls and key accounts.
  • Establish key KPIs for CSAs and measure performance on a monthly basis.
  • Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region.
  • Engage directly with larger accounts in the region to promote Brandt’s full product support offering.
  • Provide feedback on regional industry trends, including growth opportunities and new offerings.
  • Conduct market intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends.
  • Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities.
  • Review reports to provide insights and feedback to guide performance of CSAs and branches.
  • Identify new product opportunities and collaborate internally to supply them.

 

Qualifications

 

       Required:

  •  Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer support management.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales territory and drive results through structured planning and pipeline management.
  • Skilled in building long-term relationships with commercial insight and customer-first thinking.
  • Confident using Salesforce and sales reporting tools to inform strategy and measure performance.
  • Clear, engaging, and persuasive across in-person meetings, presentations, and virtual engagements.
  • Comfortable working remotely, managing your own schedule, and holding yourself accountable to results.
